Cocobriketter™ is made from coconut shells. As the coconut is a very fast renewable raw material (it is renewed about 9 times every year!), this is an environmentally friendlier alternative to ordinary charcoal briquettes as it does not involve forest devastation. Moreover, Cocobriketter is made from the by-product of industrially produced active carbon. So instead of wasting this by-product, we recycle it to make Cocobriketter barbecue briquettes!

Cocobriketter is made of 100% coconut shells, which are bound together using natural grain. In other words, Cocobriketter is an all natural product without any additives or heavy metals.

The Cocobriketter barbecue briquettes are produced in Sri Lanka or India and are shipped overseas to Scandinavia. Furthermore, we are involved in an Eco compensatory scheme to minimise the effects of our transport needs, on the environment.

Cocobriketter, however, is not only a better alternative to regular barbecue briquettes, for its environmental benefits! They may look like the same, but their live glow is hotter and it also lasts longer. Additionally, Cocobriketter produces only a very small amount of smoke, which is almost completely odourless.

Cocobriketter barbecue briquettes come in two different packs; 2,5 kg and 10 kg and are contained within sturdy, double ply paper bags for safe handling.
